Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant – Remote
Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant – Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team for a 12+ month contract. The role involves configuring Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud from scratch, managing payroll configuration, US taxation, fast formulas, benefits, and OTL integrations.
Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud applications from scratch.
- Implement payroll features, including earnings, deductions, US taxation, fast formulas.
- Integrate payroll with benefits and OTL systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Document configuration and provide knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation.
- Strong knowledge of US payroll taxation and payroll fast formulas.
- Experience configuring Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud, including benefits and OTL integrations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering quality configurations.
