Job Title: Pallet Builder / Forklift Operator
Location: Holyoke, MA
Pay Rate: $18/hr to $20/hr

Job Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift 8am to 4:30pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pallet Builder / Forklift Operator to join our team in Holyoke, MA. This role is responsible for constructing pallets, handling materials, and safely operating a forklift to load and unload trucks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and repair wooden pallets using hand and power tools
Operate a forklift to move materials and load/unload trucks
Stack, organize, and stage pallets for shipment
Inspect pallets for quality and structural integrity
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)
Experience with pallet building or general labor is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures
Physically demanding role involving lifting, bending, and standing
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
