As a Project Management Specialist you will be accountable for project delivery, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction by efficiently managing project related activities and resources. Responsibilities Lead the assigned project team and coordinate with all supporting functions to ensure seamless execution in accordance with contractual obligations. Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders and provide guidance to identify opportunities amidst challenges and unforeseen changes. Ensure that project financial performance, timely completion, and exceptional quality consistently meet and exceed targets. Manage and resolve all project‑related issues, including status reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and project closure procedures. Effectively coordinate all efforts to ensure successful closure of the project and seamless transition to the respective operating team as defined by the contract. Facilitate the development of execution models suited to varying sizes and scales of projects by applying lessons learned and advocate for implementation throughout every phase of the project in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPC companies. Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English and able to master presentations at executive level. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and strong behavioral, influencing, and leadership competencies. Proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin, and cash. Thorough knowledge of T&C glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management. Strong background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies and energy transition technologies such as hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal, and energy storage. Ability to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations. Work Conditions Ready to spend up to 35% of working time travelling on jobs as required by business.
