Director, Global Marketing, Early Portfolio

Genmab seeks a Director of Global Marketing for Early Portfolio to provide strategic commercial leadership on early-stage oncology assets. The role involves assessing market dynamics, unmet patient needs, and competitive landscapes to inform development strategies and drive cross-functional alignment on paths to market.
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial leadership across early oncology portfolio to shape priorities and development strategy
- Lead opportunity assessments identifying patient segments, business drivers, and growth opportunities
- Develop differentiated target product profiles and market entry strategies informed by clinical evidence and market research
- Partner with clinical development teams to optimize development plans and strengthen commercial value propositions
- Provide commercial input into integrated development and commercialization plans across indications and geographies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience with progressive commercial strategy roles
- Early asset strategy, new product planning, or pre-launch strategy experience
- Minimum 3 years oncology experience required
- Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Scientific and medical aptitude to understand complex clinical concepts
- Ability to communicate strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership
