Our client within the Non-Profit industry located in Manhattan is seeking a temporary recruiter to join their team: Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through onboarding. Utilize the ADP Recruitment/Recruiting platform to manage job requisitions, applicant tracking, candidate communications, and hiring workflows. Post open positions internally and externally through ADP and other recruitment sources. Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, community organizations, colleges, and other recruitment channels. Proactively source resumes for both program operations and administrative office positions when applicant flow is limited. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience recruiting for both administrative and program/service positions preferred. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably ADP Recruiting. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, supportive housing, human services, or social services is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
