About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent four years as a team member, building a strong foundation in the business. Prior to that, I worked as a bartender and server while in college, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I'm a graduate of Florida International University and am happily married. I'm a proud Cuban American and an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of work, I'm passionate about giving backespecially through involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting bully and dog rescue efforts. Role Description: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rachel Machin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
