Maintenance Technician

Maintenance MechanicSeeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical systems, supporting equipment reliability, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Schedule & PayNight Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM2-2-3 rotating scheduleApproximately 60 days of paid training on day shiftPay: $42.18/hour including shift differentialAnnual earnings: $87,360 per yearQualifications3+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience (2+ years may be considered in food manufacturing environments).Experience troubleshooting production equipment in a manufacturing setting.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.Safety-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.Experience working in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and conveyor systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.Complete equipment changeovers, inspections, and routine servicing.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.Maintain maintenance logs and documentation to meet safety and regulatory requirements.Support continuous improvement efforts to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.Follow all safety policies, GMPs, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Longmont, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $87360.00/yr.
