We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Gastroenterology Physician to join our team on a flexible and ongoing basis. Position Details:

• Start Date: July 13, 2026
• Contract Type: Ongoing
• Shift Schedule: 24-hour call shifts; scheduled procedures and rounds as detailed below
• Work Schedule:
• July 13th 7:00 AM through July 18th 7:00 AM
• August 24th 7:00 AM through August 29th 7:00 AM
• August 31st 7:00 AM through September 7th 7:00 AM
• December 28th 7:00 AM through January 4th 7:00 AM
• Typical Day:
• 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday
• Approximately 4.5 hours of scheduled procedures in the mornings (Wed, Thurs, Fri, occasional Monday)
• 4 hours of clinic in the office, with patient visits every 40 minutes
• Rounding on hospital consults and inpatient care in the afternoons
• On-call duties, supporting ER consults and rounding
• Patient Population: Adults 18+
• EMR System: EPIC
• Facility Size: 132 beds
• Procedures:
• Typically 4 to 5 scheduled procedures per day plus additional add-ons
• When not on call, about 8-9 cases scheduled
• Support Staff:
• Anesthesiologist on-site
• Physician Assistant available during the day for rounding
• 24/7 support via provider service line and IT

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology
• PA License in Pennsylvania
• DEA Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days; temps available with a clean file
