Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) Embedded as a core member of the integrated care team, the BHS partners with primary care providers, nursing staff, case managers, pharmacy, and psychiatrists to address mental, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges in primary care settings. Responsibilities Work with the primary care team to improve effectiveness and efficiency in managing patients, focusing on behavioral health concerns that arise in primary care. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire 3+ years of work‑related experience Experience working with underserved, vulnerable populations Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of work‑related experience in a primary care clinic or hospital Leadership experience Benefits Benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid parental leave, vacations, holiday pay, and additional voluntary benefits.
