Social Work Supervisor in Orange County

Job Overview The PACE Social Work Supervisor is responsible for the administrative oversight and supervision of direct reports at the assigned PACE site, including master level social workers and other PACE team members as needed. This role promotes effective collaboration and individualized care planning among interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities Coordinate routine assessments and care plans Assist with family conferences and community referrals Monitor team member documentation Conduct onboarding and orientation of new hires Perform routine competency and work performance evaluations Provide guidance related to participants’ behavioral health concerns and the person‑centered approach Support advanced life planning and end‑of‑life care Utilize state and federal regulatory knowledge to ensure compliance within the social work department Collaborate with other site leaders to monitor site safety, staffing changes, and program budgets Provide coverage of the social work department roles as required Minimum Requirements Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited university is required LCSW credential is preferred Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position in a health‑related or human services field Minimum of 2 years experience in case management, social advocacy, or care planning with the geriatric population preferred Bilingual Spanish/English, Chinese/English, or another second language strongly preferred Valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines Compensation Annual salary range: $90,090.88 – $112,613.60. The range is subject to change based on budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations. This role may qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
