Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Welcome and guide new patients through the orthodontic consultation process
• Present treatment plans and financial options with professionalism and confidence
• Answer questions regarding treatment, insurance, and scheduling
• Coordinate patient starts and maintain follow-up communication
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with payment arrangements
• Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Help create a positive, organized, and patient-focused office environment

Qualifications

You will be required to possess the following:

• Previous orthodontic treatment coordinating experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing finances and treatment acceptance
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and patient-first mindset
• Experience with orthodontic practice management software preferred
