Duties/Responsibilities Leadend-to-endprojectmanagementforenterprise-wide technology initiatives, includingplanning,execution,monitoring,andcloseout Defineprojectscope,objectives,andsuccesscriteriaincollaborationwithstakeholdersandsponsors. Supportsoftwareselectionprocesses,includingguidingbusinessleadershipinthedecision-makingprocess Developandmaintaindetailedprojectschedules,resourceplans,andbudgets Identifyrisksanddependencies;developmitigationstrategiesandescalateissuesappropriately Drivechangemanagementeffortstoensuresmoothadoptionofnewsystemsandprocesses Facilitaterequirementsgatheringanddocumentationwithbusinessandtechnicalteams Identifyandimplementprocessimprovementstoincreaseefficiency and project outcomes Communicateprojectstatus,milestones,andkeydecisionstostakeholdersatalllevels Coordinatewithvendors,contractors,andinternalteamsacross multiple locations Travelforthispositionisupto20%andwillconsistofovernightstays OtherDuties Pleasenotethisjobdescriptionisnotdesignedtocoverorcontainacomprehensivelistofactivities,dutiesorresponsibilitiesthatarerequiredofthe employee forthisjob. Qualifications Abachelor’sdegreeorequivalentexperience Requires7+yearsofprofessionalexperiencewithminimumof3+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complexdepartment-levelandenterprise-scaleprojects StrongbackgroundintechnologyandITprojects(softwareimplementations,infrastructure,digitaltransformation,etc.) Demonstratedexperienceinchangemanagement,helping organizations adoptnewtools, processes, or systems Solidskillsinrequirementsdefinitionandtranslatingbusinessneedsintoactionableprojectplans Experiencedrivingprocessimprovementinitiatives Excellentcommunication,facilitation,andstakeholdermanagement skills Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandnavigateambiguity Excellentorganizationalandcommunicationskills,withattention to details Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills NicetoHave ExperiencewithProjecttrackingsoftwaresuchasSmartsheetorMicrosoftProject PMP,PgMP,orsimilarprojectmanagementcertification BackgroundinAgile,Scrum,orhybridmethodologies Reference:1062236 Worried that you don’t meet every single requirement listed in the job ad?
