Taylor Management Company is seeking a proactive, experienced, and customer-focused Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our premier active adult residential communities. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted liaison between homeowners, the Board of Trustees, and service providers, ensuring efficient community operations and fostering a positive living environment.
This leadership role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and enhancing resident satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing community operations, coordinating vendors, supporting the Board, and maintaining the high standards that contribute to the overall quality of life within the community.
Compensation: $120,000 annually
