Job Description Looking for an Analyst with a health insurance claims processing background. The role is part of the Strategic Operations team driving enterprise-wide initiatives. Understand program objectives, identify gaps in process, people, and technology, and build a plan to bridge those gaps. Document discussions with various stakeholders (operations teams, IT, marketing, etc.) and distill key takeaways. Prepare requirements documents, process maps, and work plans. Experience and Skills 3‑5 years of experience in health insurance claims processing. Experience building requirements documents, process maps, and work plans. Strong analytical skills.
