Sage Dental is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to help patients understand and act on their treatment plans. You'll work alongside the clinical team to present cases, explain insurance benefits, and remove barriers to care making sure every patient leaves with a clear next step.

Position Overview

• Full Time Patient Care Advocate
• MondayFriday schedule
• Reports to the Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Educate patients on insurance benefits, financing options, and out-of-pocket costs
• Enter accurate treatment plans into Dentrix and keep follow-up workflows tight
• Provide excellent customer service to every patient and visitor
• Partner with the clinical team to remove barriers to care

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance (preferred)
• Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred)
• Excellent communication and case-presentation skills
