Looking to break into Human Resources and gain hands-on experience this summer? A growing organization in the New Haven area is looking for an HR Intern to join their team and support key people operations while learning the day-to-day of a busy HR function.
This is a strong opportunity for someone pursuing a career in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development who wants practical experience beyond classroom learning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Assist with employee file management and HR documentation
- Help coordinate interviews and scheduling
- Support recruiting efforts, including sourcing and candidate communication
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and administrative projects
- Provide general support across employee relations and day-to-day HR operations

- Prior internship or office experience is a plus, but not required
