Human Resources GeneralistProSource Land Services is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and managers across a broad range of HR responsibilities.ProSource utilizes a managed payroll and benefits administrator, allowing this position to focus on employee support, HR administration, compliance and the day-to-day people needs of the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, practical, detail/process oriented, and comfortable working independently.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate employee onboarding and offboardingMaintain employee records, HRIS information and personnel documentationServe as the internal liaison with our managed payroll and benefits administratorSupport employees and managers with day-to-day HR questionsAssist with employee relations, performance management and documentationCoordinate leave, workers' compensation and unemployment mattersMaintain HR policies, handbook administration and compliance requirementsCoordinate employee communications, recognition and engagement activitiesSupport training and employee-development initiativesPrepare routine HR reporting and workforce informationQualifications2–5 years of progressive human resources experienceHR Generalist, HR Coordinator or similar experienceWorking knowledge of employment practices and HR complianceStrong organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsSound judgment and discretion with confidential informationAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience with UKG or a comparable HRIS platform preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferredSHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plusCompensation & BenefitsThe anticipated salary range is $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.ProSource offers a competitive employee benefits package.ProSource Land Services is an equal opportunity employer.
