Senior Human Resources Associate – Talent Acquisition We're looking for a recruiter who is equal parts strategist and hunter — someone who thrives on cracking tough searches and building relationships that move the needle. As part of ZS's In‑Market Talent Acquisition team, you’ll own the full lifecycle for deeply technical and expertise‑driven roles across North America — including AI, advanced analytics, life sciences consulting, and engineering. What You’ll Do Own specialty searches end‑to‑end — from intake and sourcing strategy through offer close — for roles spanning consulting, technology, and practice‑specific functions. Source with purpose — go beyond LinkedIn InMails using Boolean, X‑ray, competitor mapping, referral networks, and community engagement to build pipelines in tight talent markets. Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers — challenge assumptions on candidate profiles, bring market data to calibration conversations, and drive accountability on both sides. Problem‑solve in real time — diagnose stalled searches and bring solutions to the table, reframing constraints or pivoting as needed. Coordinate a seamless candidate experience — manage resume review, interview scheduling, and stakeholder alignment across multiple offices and time zones. Use data to drive decisions — track pipeline metrics, analyze conversion rates, and translate recruiting data into insights that shape strategy. Collaborate across a high‑performing TA team — share talent, swap intel, contribute to sourcing playbooks, and help build a culture of continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring 5+ years full‑lifecycle recruiting, ideally in professional services, consulting, tech, or life sciences. Masterful sourcing craftsmanship, with a toolkit that includes Boolean, X‑ray, GitHub, niche communities, and competitor intelligence. Business curiosity and a deep understanding of how roles fit the wider business context. Stakeholder fluency — ability to push back on unrealistic profiles and prep first‑time interviewers. A problem‑solving mindset with a focus on solutions, not just status updates. Operational discipline — clean ATS and transparent pipelines at all times. Broad communication skills, from quick Teams nudges to polished leadership updates. Comfort with ambiguity and energy for crafting solutions on the fly.
