Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.

• Design personalized therapy plans that align with evidence-based practices and client goals, adapting as necessary based on progress.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with a focus on fostering a safe and trustful atmosphere for open communication.

• Provide referrals and coordinate with other healthcare providers such as psychiatrists for medication management when needed.

• Document all therapy sessions and client progress accurately using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may face a variety of challenges including, but not limited to, substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Your role will involve understanding each client’s unique circumstances, psychological history, and treatment preferences to provide tailored support that inspires change and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of diverse mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and confidence using telehealth technology.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective connections with clients from various backgrounds.
