The Opportunity We are looking for an individual who can be a part of the culinary team that we have built who has prior culinary experience and a passion for pastry. Responsibilities Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders Ensure all dishes are in accordance with production requirements and quality standards Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment Minimum Qualifications A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. At least 1 year experience working in a pastry kitchen. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
