Interim Accounting Manager

Pay: $65-$70/hour
SHIFT: Day
EXTENSION/CONVERSION: Eligible

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are working with our well-established and local-based client in wood products and sustainability to hire an interim accounting manager. This role will help cover managerial duties and review of various items.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, audit deliverables, and other work papers.
- Support and mentor team members.
- Support audit requirements for internal and external audits.
- Identify areas for process improvements and help implement solutions.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 5+ years of accounting experience with a few years of management experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working for a manufacturing company.
- SAP experience.
- Ability to get up to speed quickly.
- Big 4 experience.
