You'll have the opportunity to meet directly with owner Cody Strub , who brings more than 20 years of recruiting and hiring experience and understands the importance of financial stability, flexibility, and feeling valued at work.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Companion, you'll provide friendly support that helps older adults maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and conversation

• Accompanying clients on walks and community outings

• Transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Medication reminders

• Assisting with daily routines and activities

• Offering encouragement, friendship, and social engagement

Who We're Looking For

You don't need prior caregiving experience—we provide training. What matters most is your compassion, reliability, and desire to help others.

Ideal candidates:

• Enjoy spending time with older adults

• Have a positive attitude and caring nature

• Communicate well and build relationships easily

• Are dependable and trustworthy

• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Can pass a background check
