Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in United States.This role offers the opportunity to own full-cycle recruiting across both technical and go-to-market functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and make informed hiring decisions. The position combines hands-on sourcing and recruitment execution with strategic talent advising and market intelligence. You will manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire, candidate experience, and inclusive talent pools. Success in this role requires strong ownership, creativity, organization, and the confidence to introduce new approaches to complex hiring challenges. As part of a globally distributed team, you will have significant autonomy while collaborating with stakeholders across functions and locations.Accountabilities:Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, product, marketing, sales, operations, and people functions.Develop and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple requisitions, balancing recruiting speed with quality of hire and diverse candidate representation.Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Reddit, job boards, professional networks, and creative outreach strategies.Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, assess team needs, understand market conditions, and shape effective hiring strategies.Manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate records, interview scheduling, and pipeline information within Greenhouse.Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, pipeline health, and overall recruiting effectiveness.Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and well-organized interview processes.Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities in the talent market.Provide data-driven market insights and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership to support recruiting decisions and long-term workforce planning.Proactively identify potential hiring challenges and introduce practical solutions before they impact search progress.Requirements:6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success hiring across both technical and go-to-market functions.Previous in-house recruiting experience is required; agency recruiting experience is welcome as an additional background.Proven ability to independently manage high-volume requisition loads with strong ownership and minimal oversight.Demonstrated focus on quality of hire rather than simply recruiting speed or volume, with evidence of strong post-hire outcomes and retention.Strong proficiency with Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills when working with both technical and business stakeholders.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple searches simultaneously.Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology, with the ability to understand and credibly assess engineering and other technical hiring requirements.Experience working in an agency environment is preferred but not required.Experience recruiting within B2B SaaS or startup organizations is preferred.Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy.Benefits:Base salary range of $118,000–$160,000 across approved U.S. locations.Example location-based ranges include $139,000–$160,000 in NYC, Boston, and Los Angeles, and $118,000–$136,000 in Chicago.Compensation determined based on location, experience, expertise, role level, and market benchmarks.Fully remote work environment with preference for candidates located in the United States.Opportunity to work as part of a globally distributed, 100% remote team.Inclusive workplace focused on respecting and valuing diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.Significant autonomy and ownership within a high-growth startup environment.Opportunity to influence recruiting strategy, employer branding, and organizational growth.Ability to work across both technical and go-to-market talent functions.No visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work from their home location.Comprehensive compensation and benefits designed to support employees across eligible locations.
