Receiving Clerk

Receiving Clerk $19.00/Hour | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving shipments, communicating with drivers and carriers, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the smooth flow of incoming materials. Candidates must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English, as daily communication with drivers, customers, and transportation carriers is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience with Microsoft Excel is helpful but not required. We will provide training on the systems and processes used in this role. Responsibilities: Receive and verify incoming shipments Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation Enter data into company systems Assist with inventory tracking and administrative tasks Resolve shipment discrepancies as needed Qualifications: Strong English communication skills Basic computer skills Attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excel experience preferred but not required If you are organized, dependable, and looking for a stable full-time opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
