What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility) required for South Carolina
• Experience in school settings—elementary caseload preferred
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills
• Comfort with IEPs and progress monitoring
• Adaptability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services provided
• Serve as a resource for school staff on communication needs and strategies
