About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Logistics and Planning for Vehicle Transportation. This visionary leader will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end planning strategy, integrating demand forecasting, network optimization, and performance management into a unified, data-driven function. The role involves strategic leadership, fostering a data-driven culture, and mentoring leaders to achieve measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will also be tasked with demand planning and forecasting, network planning and optimization, performance management, and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience. Continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of the position. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, 10-15 years' of direct experience in logistics, demand planning, supply chain, network optimization, customer service, or performance management, and a strong background in forecasting, S&OP/IBP processes, and data analytics. Experience in automotive logistics, particularly in finished vehicle logistics, and deep knowledge of transportation networks including rail, truck, and port operations are essential. The role requires 4-7 years' of supervisory experience, proven leadership of cross-functional teams, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong execution discipline, possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a customer service mindset with the ability to align internal priorities with client targets.
