Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and individual family members, addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating sessions to help families navigate complex dynamics, such as blended families, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Providing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient and family group.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and methodologies to foster healing and growth.

• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation and progress notes per organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from individuals to families, encompassing various demographics including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in possession of an active state license. You should hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline. Compensation and Benefits\n
