Senior Cost Accountant

Senior Cost Accountant We seek a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Cost Accountant to join a dynamic global finance team in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement presentation, focusing on Supply Chain accounting. Partner with the Purchasing function to forecast demand and process site-based purchase orders. Drive improvement in financial operation metrics, with a focus on Inventory Months‑On‑Hand. Ensure compliance with accounting standards. Develop and maintain the internal control framework. Conduct Balance Sheet and Gross Margin variance analysis. Collaborate with auditors for quarterly reviews and the annual audit. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Extremely detail‑oriented with strong reasoning and analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with SAP preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, independent yet collaborative team player, eager to learn. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $85,000 to $105,000 annualized. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors.
