Responsibilities

• Package, seal, and label block cheese, string cheese, and cheese whips according to company standards
• Ensure package integrity and accurate labeling, including correct weights
• Bread cheese curds and assist with cheese cutting as needed
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Gather necessary supplies and maintain organized workstations
• Follow all safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and food safety regulations
• Meet daily production quotas and quality standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment regularly
• Accurately document production information on log sheets
• Move completed packages for loading and stack boxes onto pallets
• Track inventory, record measurements, weights, and product counts
• Use hand-trucks to move totes and pallets as required
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
