They assist college staff and faculty in various ways depending on the department for which they work. Physical Demands Physical demands may vary depending on the department. Physical demands may include: standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, handling, fine dexterity, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, twisting, climbing, balancing, vision, hearing, and talking.
