Project Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support technology implementation projects in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll help ensure projects are properly planned, organized, and ready for successful execution by coordinating schedules, resources, equipment, and personnel. A successful Project Coordinator thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving. You'll work closely with internal teams, field technicians, and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward and ensure everything is in place prior to implementation. Responsibilities: Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and project timelines for technology-related implementations Ensure all required equipment, materials, and resources are available before installation dates Communicate project updates and status information to stakeholders Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables Coordinate onsite technicians and support teams to ensure project readiness Maintain and update project documentation and records Identify and help resolve issues that could impact project timelines or success Serve as a liaison between various teams to ensure smooth project execution Qualificiations: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, project coordination, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications Experience coordinating schedules, tracking tasks, or supporting projects is a plus This role is an excellent fit for someone looking to build experience in project coordination, develop project management skills, or gain exposure to the technology industry. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
