Job Description
The Customer Care Coordinator bears direct accountability for the welfare of each designated client. The Coordinator will offer proficient client service, aimed at resolving everyday issues, answering queries, or implementing changes for assigned clients. Additionally, the Customer Care Coordinator is tasked with effectively communicating, verbal and written. Be proactive at troubleshooting issues to the relevant resources and providing necessary details and actions to resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. This role demands some technical acumen, strong organizational abilities, and a dedication to client satisfaction. The position entails managing multiple customer requests concurrently and is charged with spearheading and executing projects within the stipulated timeframe, ensuring service readiness through quality checks, and adeptly guiding cross-functional teams.
