EVP, Head of M&A Opportunity - PE-Backed Field Services Consolidator

We’re seeking an EVP, Head of M&A to join a rapidly expanding private equity-backed field services platform. The EVP, Head of M&A will be responsible for leading the company’s acquisition strategy, driving deal origination and execution efforts, and building a scalable M&A function capable of supporting an aggressive buy-and-build strategy.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading M&A within a PE-backed environment, preferably within a field services, facilities services, industrial services, commercial services, or other highly fragmented services sector. Candidates should have experience managing a high volume of transactions, building relationships directly with founders and business owners, and leading or developing internal M&A / corporate development teams.

Compensation will be highly competitive and will include an attractive base salary and incentive program, along with include a meaningful equity opportunity.
