Head of Compensation Benefits

LHH is partnering with a well-established organization is seeking a Director of Compensation & Benefits to lead the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide total rewards programs. This role will partner closely with HR and executive leadership to ensure compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with overall business goals. Please note this role is 100% on-site in Dallas, TX.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals
- Design and oversee salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards frameworks
- Oversee annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonus planning, and job architecture
- Partner with senior leadership to advise on compensation decisions and drive data-informed insights
- Lead the design, optimization, and administration of employee benefits programs
- Build and develop a high-performing team while driving process improvement, governance, and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience supporting compensation programs within publicly traded organizations required
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
