This is your responsibility. You will manage the complete enrollment cycle for a campus, beginning with initial inquiries and concluding with onboarding. This position requires end‑to‑end ownership. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decisions stem from sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers, but to ensure alignment.

This is a full‑time, salaried, on‑site position. We are recruiting in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning first touchpoint to onboarding completion.
• Facilitating exploratory conversations to evaluate alignment before offering solutions or recommending progression.
• Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow‑up.
• Facilitating campus visits, student shadow days, and decision‑oriented meetings that articulate outcomes, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, strategic prioritization, and service excellence.

• Overseeing a substantial team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
• Distributing family experience ownership across multiple departments or roles.

Head Of Admissions Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high‑integrity, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls well‑matched families while safeguarding the quality and effectiveness of the Alpha educational model.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years providing high‑caliber, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independently operated client services).
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial inquiry through final onboarding.
• Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family engagements across varied stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization framework.
• Capacity to present specific instances of consultative judgment, including situations where you advised against your offering when alignment was absent.
• Professional correspondence experience with senior leaders, high‑net‑worth clientele, or discerning stakeholders.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Chantilly, VA.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
