Clinical Nurse Supervisor - Stepdown Unit Location: Chicago, IL Schedule: Full Time - Nights |7p-7a| 3-12-hour shifts Compensation: $36.75–$55.70/hour (approximately $441.00–$668.40 gross per 12-hour shift) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00 available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply; details discussed during interview. Lead daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff. Ensure quality patient care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization. Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Drive quality improvement and operational excellence. Serve as unit leader in the absence of the Director or Nurse Manager. Provide direct patient care as needed within RN scope of practice. Current and valid state Registered Nurse license. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
