Pay Rate: $40-$70/hr. (commensurate with experience)

Location: Remote (must be in PST)

We're partnering with an innovative AI technology company to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-growth Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews, debriefs, and reference checks across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional, responsive, and high-touch experience throughout the interview process.
• Partner closely with recruiters to keep hiring processes moving efficiently while proactively solving scheduling challenges.
• Support recruiting operations by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and the overall candidate experience.
• Assist with recruiting initiatives and projects that help scale hiring operations.
• Utilize AI tools as part of your daily workflow to improve efficiency and support recruiting operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, or talent acquisition operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support an efficient hiring process.
• Comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflow.
