This individual will support attorneys with the administration and preparation of real estate documentation, client communication, and case management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team known for its professionalism, client service, and long-standing reputation for excellence.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and take pride in ensuring accuracy and organization in every task, this role may be the perfect fit for you.Essential Job Duties:Develop and maintain effective file organization and retrieval systems for real estate clients.Review and analyze legal documents to identify and evaluate relevant factual information.Assist with drafting and preparing substantive real estate documentation based on client needs.Research applicable tax laws, statutes, and other legal resources relevant to client matters.Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients, facilitating communication and the exchange of necessary information.Exercise independent judgment regarding client communications, file management, information exchange, and delegation of responsibilities.Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and responding effectively to frequent interruptions and changing priorities.Minimum Requirements:Four-year college degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience in a legal setting.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably within a law firm.Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn additional legal and real estate software.Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy in document preparation.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize work according to deadlines and importance.Ability to exercise sound professional and legal judgment and understand and apply applicable ethical standards.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in a legal office or providing legal administrative support.Experience with iManage and InTapp.Familiarity with automated legal support systems and real estate software.Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:Direct-hire opportunity with a competitive salary ranging from $73,000 to $92,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid parental leave, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.Full-time position based in Minneapolis, MN, with onsite/hybrid flexibility based on firm requirements.Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed to meet deadlines.TO APPLY:Please upload your resume to this job posting along with your contact information and a brief cover letter.
