Mirasma is seeking a senior-level Paid Media / Performance Marketing overseer in San Diego. You will not build campaigns daily; you will guide a team of Media Buyers, run mini-audits, diagnose account health, and steer strategy for high-spend ecommerce accounts. You’ll collaborate with the Chief Strategist and Account Director, delegating execution while focusing on high-level decisions, attribution, and client communications.
