What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies for high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with and achievement of all client objectives.
• Conduct meticulous quality assurance to safeguard against errors and protect client revenue.
• Expertly manage budget pacing and provide strategic recommendations for budget adjustments.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in at least two major paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Proactively identify and recommend strategic opportunities and mitigate risks across assigned channels, anticipating client needs.
• Analyze comprehensive campaign data and client-specific performance metrics to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and manage client testing roadmaps, overseeing project next steps to ensure a consistent cadence of experimentation and optimization.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge in attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, measurement frameworks, and channel-specific best practices.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and high-quality communication with both clients and internal teams.
• Lead strategic discussions on media buying, performance opportunities, and optimization plans.
• Proactively identify and elevate performance risks, distinguishing between normal fluctuations and critical issues requiring intervention.
• Serve as a key strategic leader, influencing departmental and account team direction and decision-making.
• Support new business appraisals for paid advertising initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior talent through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and active participation in team development activities.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance workflows, optimize outputs, and drive business efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in an agency environment.
• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with at least two of the following paid advertising channels: Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other applicable paid advertising networks.
• Demonstrated experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and comprehensive campaign strategy.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and the strategic role of paid media within the marketing funnel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex marketing data into meaningful insights and compelling narratives.
