In this job, you’ll provide back office operational support to the IT organization. These services include developing complex reports and dashboards, analytical assessments of metrics, providing procure to pay support, managing corporate initiatives & special projects, performing administration responsibilities of the Learning Management System for IT, managing space and facilities projects, IT Employee Engagement Program planning and coordination, managing the Employee Contributions Campaign for the OU, and operating unit facilitation over on-boarding/off-boarding. Also provides input on identifying and implementing improvement opportunities for these processes: Technical Reporting capabilities, Quantitative/analytical skills, Project Management skills, Process Management skills. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future? Primary Responsibilities Develops medium to high complexity reports and dashboards using multiple data sources. Provides analytical evaluations derived from metrics and reporting. Performs organizational unit or department business operations, project support, and/or ad-hoc work, as assigned in support of Resource & Support Services functions, which may include but is not limited to performing procure to pay support, managing space and facility projects, administration of the Learning Management System for IT, managing the Employee Contributions Campaign for the OU, coordination for onboarding/offboarding activities, organizational changes, IT safety recognition program, and other back-office support functions. Provides project support to develop and publish targeted communications related to the products and services provided in the Resource & Support Services group, provide task support to the Business Unit Support network-PMs, and partner with IT leadership to increase employee engagement with leadership while focusing on enhancing the work environment. Recommend, interpret, improve, implement, and/or execute organization and internal business operations policies and procedures. Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of small to medium internal projects. Responsibilities Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives. Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards. Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review. Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits. Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs. Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit. Develops and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis. Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs. A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Highly proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite applications. Intermediate to advanced level capabilities in reporting specifically in data analysis. Highly proficient and experienced with Ariba & SAP (particularly the HCM and/or SCM modules), Success Factors or Fieldglass. Demonstrated experience with project management tools and methods to manage single and multiple projects of moderate to high complexity, gather information, monitor and report project status, and coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery. Excellent business mastery, including the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop services to enhance satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, manage information. Demonstrated experience initiating and executing improvement strategies for increased efficiency. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills. Exceptional service to internal and external customers. Additional Information This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
