About the Role At CLEAResult, we lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon‑neutral energy‑efficient future for our communities and planet. In this entry‑level role you will meet with commercial and industrial business owners and operators to install energy‑efficiency measures, conduct audits, and verify results across a defined territory in the San Antonio area. Responsibilities Travel daily throughout a defined territory. Company vehicle provided. Conduct entry‑level commercial energy audits for small and mid‑sized facilities. Engage directly with customers and contractors to explain program offerings, encourage participation, and address basic questions. Accurately document inspections, installations, and customer interactions in accordance with program requirements. Perform on‑site installation of energy‑efficiency measures, including physical labor and use of basic tools. Identify, troubleshoot, and, when needed, elevate basic technical or installation issues to program staff. Physical Requirements Bending, crouching, and kneeling frequently. Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time. Using repetitive hand motion. Lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 50 pounds. Climbing and working from a ladder. Using power tools. Qualifications Experience in industries such as construction, facility maintenance, or installation. Customer‑service skills. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s safety standards. Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test and clean driving record maintenance. Compliance with all DOT qualification requirements and applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. No remote work; field position with frequent travel.
