Human Resources Generalist

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organizaiton that is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support their manufacturing operation. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, and compliance. Responsibilities Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action. Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Administer company policies and procedures while ensuring consistent application across the organization. Support leave administration, workers\' compensation, unemployment claims, and employee accommodations. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding HR programs. Support performance review and talent development processes. Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel documentation. Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and organizational development. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
