Provider Development Specialist

ResMed seeks a Provider Development Specialist to convert new provider engagements into active ordering accounts and drive sustained utilization. This remote role focuses on follow-up outreach, relationship building, and account growth within the sleep and respiratory care market.

Responsibilities

• Contact new providers within 24 hours of field events to introduce services and guide first-order submission
• Conduct monthly outreach to active providers to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Re-engage inactive providers by understanding disengagement reasons and developing reactivation strategies
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to share market intelligence and develop account-specific growth plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years customer experience or sales support in home medical equipment, respiratory, or sleep diagnostics
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple accounts and competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional, customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with multiple systems and platforms with speed and accuracy
• Resourcefulness, accountability, and initiative to resolve challenges independently
