Position: Customer Operations Support Specialist
Location: Remote (Local candidates preferred for occasional onsite meetings if needed)
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Duration: August 24, 2026 – February 21, 2027

In this role, you'll support the Capital Services and Support team by managing billing activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer account information is processed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter billing agreements into the GSP system based on daily cycler rental shipments.
• Review customer accounts to identify duplicate device assignments and active billing agreements.
• Coordinate the retrieval of duplicate equipment when necessary.
• Maintain and update Excel tracking files and billing records.
• Ensure data accuracy and perform routine quality checks.
• Research and resolve routine customer operations issues.
• Support back-office customer operations and billing processes.
• Learn and utilize systems such as GSP and JD Edwards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet operational deadlines.
• Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of customer operations, administrative, billing, or data entry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly, including JD Edwards and GSP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
