Recruiter

Manpower is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the staffing needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter Location: Charleston, SC Pay Range: $23-$25 Shift: M-F 8am-5pm What's the Job? Identify, assess, and place a diverse portfolio of candidates to meet client needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and community partners. Conduct interviews, review resumes, and coordinate the interview process. Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job postings, and networking events. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). What's Needed? At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn) is a plus. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. What's in it for me?
