As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Model Bartender to join our team.As a Model Bartender at Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standards in guest drinking experiences. The Model Bartender must be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers' needs and expectations. You will continually enhance the guest experience to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit at our venues. Model Bartenders are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.Plan and present bar menu.Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.Comply with all food and beverage regulations.RequirementsProven working experience as a Bartender.Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.Computer and POS system literacy.Knowledge of a second language is a plusPositive attitude and excellent communication skills.Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.Relevant training certificateMust be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beveragesPrevious experience as a bartender is preferred.Bottled Blonde Las Vegas provides equal employment opportunities to all team members and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic provided by federal, state, or local laws.
