About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Development Associate Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing and delivering presentations during the deal execution period, assisting in the coordination of internal and external resources for due diligence in M&A transactions, and executing M&A deals, with a focus on buy-side activities. The role also includes conducting in-depth industry, market, and company-specific research, as well as building and maintaining client relationships. Applicants for the Corporate Development Associate Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in TAS, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or M&A business development, with a proven track record in sourcing new M&A targets. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required, along with strong experience in closed M&A deals. The role demands a professional who is adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is capable of contributing to the team's success in a record year of buy-side M&A activities.
