As a Lobby Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests—providing a warm welcome, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional concierge services.This is a full-time hourly position. Weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability required.Qualifications and Skills Required:Greet residents, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.Provide concierge services including information, assistance, and coordination of resident requests.Monitor lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment.Support transportation coordination for residents in a safe and enjoyable manner.Provides administrative support for the update, storage and distribution of directories, Concierge handbook, safety and emergency procedures, parking assignments, training materials and participation, and other documents.Collaborate with a self-directed team to ensure seamless front desk operations.Demonstrate "Nextraordinary" service behaviors that enhance the resident experience.Qualifications and Skills Required:College or equivalent experience.Experience working with older adults.Willingness to be part of a self-directed team.Valid drivers' license and excellent driving record.Service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task.MS Office proficiency.Preferred:College degree.Concierge services experience.The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions.
