Job Full Description Busy South Shore landscaping business is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations, customer communication, and internal coordination. This role is critical to ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks - from customer follow-ups to scheduling, reporting, and administrative workflow management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and takes ownership of their work.
Compensation: $22-$26/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm What You'll Do
Customer Communication & Support
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and contact information
Accounts Receivable & Administrative Support
• Assist with accounts receivable reporting and follow-up
• Apply customer payments accurately
• Help track and escalate outstanding balances
Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage scheduling for customer appointments and assessments
• Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments
• Support daily office coordination and communication
Task & Workflow Management
• Monitor and manage tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely completion of administrative and operational items
• Identify and address gaps in communication or execution
Office Operations & Meetings
• Help coordinate weekly office meetings, including agendas and notes
• Track action items and follow through on next steps
• Support overall office organization and workflow
Inventory & Administrative Duties
• Track inventory of company materials (uniforms, branded items, supplies)
• Assist with ordering and restocking as needed
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, mailing, organizing, etc.)
